Rachel Leroy The luxury interior of penthouse apartment Royal Penthouse II was designed by Australian design studio Coco Republic. The three bedroom penthouse is located right on Newcastle Beach and the architects does a great job. According to the architects: “Over a five month period the contemporary Australian penthouse was transformed into its current state. Soft natural materials of timber, stone, washed linens and jute combined to achieve a light, soft palette that offers easy living, whilst referencing the coastal environment beyond in a harmonious way.”
