Fairmont Monte Carlo is a luxury 4 Star hotel situated in Monte Carlo, Monaco, placed on the French Riviera, based partly upon 15m pillars above the Mediterranean Sea.
This month I visited Fairmont Monte Carlo and I was delighted to find a true 5 star hotel. Fairmont Monte Carlo is a classy luxury hotel with Sun Casino at first floor, one of the biggest casino in Monaco. Inside the hotel courtesy is everywhere and this will make you to feel like a old good friend.

Location: You cannot find a better location in Monte Carlo. Fairmont is near the Monte Carlo Casino, on the sea side and it can provide rooms with the view over the F1 racing. From the location point of view Fairmont Monte Carlo is much better than Monte Carlo Hôtel de Paris.
Inside tips: Choose a room with a sea view. The views that are breathtaking!

Service: The staff at this hotel is really exceptional. No matter in the restaurant, the bar, the spa or at the front desk the staff is efficient, helpful, polite and smiling without being intrusive. First class service!

Rooms: There are 602 rooms and suites, all with private terrace with deck chair and breakfast sitting area. All the rooms are large with comfortable beds and large windows. Rooms are very clean and bright.
Inside tips: The WiFi Internet is available in all areas and costs EUR 19.95 per 24 hours, but you can signup for Fairmont member (it is free!) and you will get free Internet access at any Fairmont hotel in the world.

Food and drink: There are so many option for dining: Horizon Deck, Restaurant & Champagne bar, Billionaire Sunset Lounge, and a NOBU restaurant which has just open its doors.
Inside tips: Note that Fairmont policy around the globe to charge corkage fees and charge to empty the fridge.

Hotel Design The new design of Fairmont Monte Carlo cost 46 million euros and was made by the Fairmont group’s team of American designers, Wilson & Associates. This new design concept is a tribute to the Riviera style, a blend of relaxed elegance, and nautical themes expressing a glamorous way of life.
Inside tips: Ask for a room located to close to the elevators as the hotel is large and some rooms are a bit far from the elevators.

Entertainment (Spa & pool): The view from the roof-top pool (heated at 30°C) is extraordinary and extremely relaxing. Situated on the 7th floor, the Willow Stream Spa at the Fairmont Monte Carlo features 900 m² Spa and eight treatment rooms with natural light.

If you are looking for high class services and a relaxing holiday Fairmont Monte Carlo is the best luxury hotel in Monte Carlo. Fairmont Monte Carlo is more than you expecting at a 4 star hotel, in fact it is a truly a 5 star hotel.
